If a meet uses MileSplit Online Registration, an authorized coach or team administrator can register athletes from the team’s MileSplit roster.

Before you begin, make sure you are signed in to the MileSplit account connected to your team.

Register your team

1. Go to your state or province MileSplit homepage by entering your abbreviation in the URL (for example: tx.milesplit.com, wi.milesplit.com, bc.milesplit.com).
2. Log in to your MileSplit account by selecting Log In in the navigation bar.
3. Once logged in, select Calendar in the navigation bar.
4. Use the available filters to locate the meet you want to register for.
5. Select the correct meet and click Register Online Now.
6. Choose how you want to register athletes (school or club team), then select Next in the lower right-hand corner.
7. Select your team. Your team will only appear if the team page has been claimed. If you do not see your team, use the search bar at the bottom. Once selected or created, click Next.
8. Verify your school’s point of contact for the meet, then click Next.
9. Select the division(s) you want to enter, then click Next.
10. Click Add Entries to add athletes to events. This opens your roster screen where you can select athletes and assign them to events. Check the boxes next to each athlete, then click Save Changes in the lower right-hand corner.

• If you need to update your roster, scroll down and select Edit Roster in the lower right-hand corner.

1. After all athletes have been assigned to events, review your registration confirmation and printable invoice in the right-hand panel. When finished, click Done in the lower right-hand corner.

Before submitting your entries

Review the following carefully:

• Athlete names
• Events
• Divisions
• Seed times or marks
• Relay entries (if applicable)
• Meet entry limits

Make sure all athletes are correctly selected from your current team roster.

If an athlete is missing

Check your team roster in MileSplit.

If the athlete should be on your team but is not listed, update the roster before continuing registration.

Do not create a duplicate athlete profile if one already exists.

If you cannot register your team

If you are unable to complete registration, confirm that the meet is still open for entries.
