MileSplit Live can connect directly to your Hy-Tek Meet Manager database to publish live results during your meet.
Setup requires MileSplit Live to be installed on the same computer running Hy-Tek Meet Manager.
Before you begin
Make sure:
- Your computer is running Windows 10 or later.
- Hy-Tek Meet Manager is opened in Multi-User Mode.
- Your MileSplit account is associated with a timing company.
- Your Hy-Tek meet database is available on the computer.
Install MileSplit Live
- Download MileSplit Live.
Selecting the download link will automatically download MileSplitLive.exe. - Install or open MileSplit Live on the computer where you run Hy-Tek Meet Manager.
Connect your Hy-Tek meet
- Open MileSplit Live.
- Log in using your MileSplit account.
- Select the meet you want to publish.
- Select Browse.
- Find and select the Hy-Tek database for your meet.
- Select Start Publishing at the bottom of the screen.
MileSplit Live will use the selected Hy-Tek database to publish results for your meet.
Before competition begins
Confirm that:
- Hy-Tek Meet Manager is running in Multi-User Mode.
- You selected the correct MileSplit meet.
- MileSplit Live is connected to the correct Hy-Tek database.
- Start Publishing is active.
Test the connection before your first event to make sure the correct meet data is being published.
