MileSplit automatically filters athletes who have already graduated out of the active team roster.

If a graduated athlete is still appearing on your roster, check their high school graduation year and make sure it is correct.

Update the athlete's graduation year

1. Open your team's roster-management page.
2. Find the athlete who has already graduated.
3. Review the athlete's graduation year.
4. Update it to the correct high school graduation year.
5. Save your changes.

For example, if John Smith graduated in 2024 but is still appearing on the active roster, update his graduation year to 2024.

Once the correct graduation year is saved, MileSplit will retain the athlete as an alumni instead of showing them on the active roster.

Important

All graduation years in MileSplit refer to an athlete's high school graduation year, including athletes who competed in middle school or youth programs.
