Florida: How to set up your meet to allow for TFRRS Results Reporting

Starting the 2019 Outdoor Season, FHSAA requires that results are reported to TFRRS within 72 hours of the conclusion of the meet. Reporting results to TFRRS requires that results have either TFRRS IDs for athletes. MileSplit's Online Registration allows meet directors to collect that information in order to report results as required.

Set Up

On the "Divisions" tab, click on all high school divisions and scroll down to "Required Fields". Check off "Organization" and select "TFRRS" under the Organization dropdown.

This will require any athlete added to the meet to have a TFRRS ID. If an athlete does not have an ID, the coach will be presented with a pop-up box where they can fill in that athlete's ID. Coaches have three ways they can enter IDs.
  • Send them in an email to results@milesplit.com and we will upload IDs in bulk (instructions). This is the best option if you need to enter many IDs.
  • When entering an athlete that doesn't have an ID into the meet, a pop-up box will appear forcing you to enter the ID. Please do not enter a fake ID or another athlete's ID.
  • Navigate to an athlete profile and select "Edit Profile". On the right-hand side, you will be able to see & edit an athlete's TFRRS ID.
As a meet director, the impact of checking this box is that when you go to download your entries in Hy-Tek, TFRRS ID's will be included. Since they are included, you will be able to export your results and report to TFRRS without a problem.
